Job summary

Triwill Group is seeking a talented Electron-focused engineer to own the behavior, reliability, and performance of desktop applications across macOS and Windows. You will implement cross-platform features, optimize startup time and memory use, and ensure robust real-time collaboration.

You'll work with a stack including Electron, Node.js, and TypeScript, integrating AI-powered backend APIs and focusing on stability and efficiency in production environments.

Qualifications

• Proven software engineering experience with desktop or web applications.
• Strong debugging and performance profiling skills.
• Familiarity with native OS behaviors on macOS or Windows.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain cross-platform desktop applications using Electron.
• Design responsive and scalable UIs for real-time collaboration.
• Implement desktop-specific functionality including file system access, native notifications, auto-updates, and deep linking.
• Integrate AI-powered features via backend APIs.
• Optimize startup time, memory usage, and runtime performance.
