Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT; 3+ years of related experience (or 6+ years).
• Experience in information technology or pursuing related degree.
• Must be able to lift hardware up to 50 pounds and be willing to travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Assist with hardware support including computers, printers, scanners, phones, and telehealth equipment.
• Ensure SLAs are met and support cost‑aware decisions.
• Maintain accurate hardware inventories.
• Manage vendors to minimize disruption.
• Collaborate with larger tech team for consistent end‑user experience.
• Develop and update work instructions and training needs.
• Provide constructive feedback when improvements arise.
• Communicate clearly, translating IT language as needed.
