Job summary

Gensler in San Francisco is seeking a Designer to translate client needs into innovative interiors across all design phases, from programming to construction documentation.

You will use Revit, SketchUp, and other modeling tools, select FF&E, craft finish plans, and collaborate with external consultants and fabricators. The base salary ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 plus bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design or related field from an accredited school.
  • 2 - 5 years of interior and/or architectural design experience.
  • Proficient in Revit, SketchUp, 3D, Rhino, Octane, Grasshopper, and/or other modeling software programs.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Knowledge of furniture, finishes, materials, color selections, and specifications.
  • Graphics and visualization skills to effectively communicate design ideas.

Responsibilities

Your Role

As a Gensler Designer, you will tap into your boundless creativity and passion for design to produce unique and functionally beautiful spaces for clients. You are a self-motivated, team player who is ready for active participation in all phases of the design process. With you as part of the design team, interiors have never been so engaging.

What You Will Do

*The base salary will be estimated between $80,000 - $100,000, plus bonuses and benefits and contingent on relevant experience.
