NYC Alliance Company LLC is seeking an experienced Design Director to lead the Women's Soft Wovens category across our discount businesses, setting creative direction and driving end-to-end design from concept through production.

You will mentor a high-performing design team, collaborate with Product Development, Merchandising, and Marketing, and translate market trends into market-relevant collections that align with brand aesthetics and business objectives.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field.
• 8+ years of design experience, with a strong background soft wovens.
• Proven success leading and developing high-performing design teams.
• Strong ability to interpret and execute brand identity across multiple product lines.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.

The ideal candidate brings a strong balance of creativity and commercial acumen, with the ability to translate insights into compelling, market-relevant collections. This leader will play a critical role in shaping seasonal strategies, elevating product quality, and fostering innovation, while mentoring and developing a high-performing design team. Working cross-functionally, the Design Director will ensure cohesive brand storytelling and deliver product that meets both creative and business objectives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
