They’re actively seeking a Kitchen & Bath Designer with sales acumen to join their team and contribute to their continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to create functional and stylish kitchen and bath designs tailored to individual needs.

• Use Autodesk Revit and other design software to develop detailed 2D and 3D renderings.

• Select materials, finishes, and fixtures that align with design intent and client budget.

• Ensure all designs comply with building codes and regulations.

• Present design concepts to clients and guide them through the sales and decision-making process.

• Work closely with internal teams and subcontractors to manage design execution from concept through installation.

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through communication, professionalism, and follow-through.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and other design/rendering tools.

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines.

• Solid understanding of building codes and design documentation.

• Prior experience in kitchen and bath design is required.

• Sales experience is a plus.
