Job summary

Marks, part of the Propelis Group, is a consumer experience agency shaping design across packaging and digital commerce. We seek a Designer who thrives at the intersection of brand, packaging, and eCommerce to craft compelling visuals for physical and digital shelves.

You’ll contribute to design systems across food, beverages, spirits, and personal care, developing assets and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid US-based role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field.
• 3–4+ years of packaging, digital, and/or brand design experience.
• CPG/food/beverage or tech background preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and collaboration tools.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking and typography.
• Experience/UI design for eCommerce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create best-in-class visuals and communication for eCommerce (DTC and retailer product pages).
• Translate briefs into creative solutions that exceed expectations.
• Apply cutting-edge eComm practices, including ADA compliance.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative processes.
• Build and organize presentation decks that clearly communicate design intent.
• Present work confidently and thoughtfully.
• Take ownership of project execution—ensuring quality, accuracy, and timeliness.
• Stay highly organized in file management and concept development.
• Support and mentor junior team members.
• Maintain open communication with colleagues throughout project lifecycles.
• Actively participate in agency culture and internal initiatives.
