Job summary

Marks, part of the Propelis Group, is seeking a Designer who thrives at the intersection of brand, packaging, and digital commerce. You will develop design systems and assets for physical and digital spaces across food, beverages, and personal care categories.

The hybrid role is based in Battle Creek, with potential collaboration across NYC, Cincinnati, and Chicago. You’ll shape experiences from packaging to the digital shelf, delivering end-to-end creative solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in packaging, digital, and/or brand design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and collaborative tools (e.g., Miro).
• Familiarity with Adobe Substance/Dimension and Figma is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create best-in-class visuals for eCommerce (DTC and retailer pages).
• Translate briefs into creative design solutions that exceed expectations.
• Apply cutting-edge eCommerce practices including ADA compliance.
• Support digital content and eCommerce design development.
• Build and present compelling decks communicating design intent.
• Own project execution ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Mentor junior team members and stay organized across lifecycles.
