SupportFinity™ is seeking a Level 2 Designer in Boston to support design development and contribute to all project phases. This role involves working with project teams while enhancing skills in design presentation and construction documentation.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in architecture or a related field, BIM proficiency, and strong communication skills. Compensation ranges from $71,000-$80,000 annually, with benefits including medical insurance and a hybrid workplace model.
As a Boston-based education design firm, we partner with institutions on a variety of new‑construction, renewal, and preservation projects to create environments where people are inspired to research, connect, strive, and wonder. Goody Clancy is looking for a Level 2 Designer to actively engage in all project phases and are given many opportunities for growth and continued learning.
The Level 2 Designer is a role responsible for supporting and contributing to design development, early phase planning, renderings, and production tasks. The Designer Level 2 will work primarily in project teams of two to eight, led by a principal and/or project manager. The designer is a developing professional capable of working independently and is expected to be an active learner and engaged in the community outside the office. Experience/interest in higher education and historic or existing buildings is a plus.
