J.Crew Group in New York is seeking a seasoned Designer to manage seasonal product design execution, ensuring creative and business objectives align with the brand. You will lead cross-functional collaboration across merchandising, production and technical design to maintain design integrity.

Key requirements include 4-5 years of design experience, strong illustration and presentation skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Overseas travel for trade exhibitions, design research, and to supervise product development.

Salary Range: $86,400.00 - $111,700.00
