Trane Technologies in La Crosse, Wisconsin, is seeking a Designer III to join a high performing product development team. You will develop detailed 3D models and production drawings for HVAC components, translating requirements into practical, manufacturable designs.
The role supports product development from concept through prototype, testing, validation, and production release, applying GD&T and manufacturability principles to improve efficiency and cost.

As a Designer III at Trane Technologies, you will be a key member of a high performing team of product development engineers and designers to support the mechanical design and development of HVAC products. This role is responsible for creating detailed design documentation, 3D models, and production drawings that translate engineering requirements into practical, manufacturable solutions. The ideal candidate brings strong technical design capability, sound judgment, and a continuous improvement mindset, along with the ability to contribute innovative concepts that enhance product performance, reliability, serviceability, and cost effectiveness.
