Job summary

MG2, an affiliate of Colliers Engineering & Design, seeks a Designer (Level 2) for our Seattle, WA office. You will join our Consumer Experiences market, focusing on Retail, Food & Beverage, and Luxury projects, delivering concept designs, space planning, and FF&E specifications.

Responsibilities include creating design concepts, developing construction documents, and collaborating with architectural teams to ensure design intent and budget alignment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in a professional architectural or design firm.
• Demonstrated experience in design production and 3D visualization.
• Certification as a licensed professional preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with generation of original design concepts and deliverables including preliminary design documentation and exhibits.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate conceptual design work into contract documents and CD production as needed.
• Conduct design research from benchmarking sources for ideation and provide detailed design documentation to project teams.
• Coordinate project deliverables with external consultants and project partners.
• Contribute to QA/QC reviews of design deliverables and construction documents to maintain design intent.
