Phoenix Contact is seeking a Designer II responsible for creating products that align with business requirements. The Designer II is responsible for creating and sustaining products and solutions that meet customer and business requirements. This role collaborates cross‑functionally with Product Management, Customers, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Planning, and external vendors to support the successful development and lifecycle management of products. The Designer II applies intermediate‑level expertise in CAD tools, packaging design, and the development of enclosures and sheet metal components. This position supports both new product development and enhancements to existing products, ensuring designs are functional, manufacturable, and aligned with quality and cost objectives. Through strong technical execution and collaboration, The Designer II contributes to innovation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence within the organization.
