Job summary

Per Sé Group is seeking a skilled CAD designer to produce civil survey drawings and pipeline maps for large-scale projects. You will craft alignment sheets and construction drawings, collaborating with survey data, GIS inputs, and engineering teams to drive projects from survey through design.

Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D is essential; backgrounds in survey drafting, mapping, GIS, ArcPro, or alignment sheets are highly relevant.

Responsibilities

• Create civil survey drawings and pipeline mapping deliverables.
• Develop alignment sheets, plans, and detailed construction drawings.
• Work with survey information, GIS data, and engineering teams to keep projects moving.
• Produce accurate CADD deliverables with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Support pipeline and right-of-way projects from survey through design.
• Coordinate with teammates to deliver quality work on schedule.
• Spend roughly 90% of your time doing what you were hired to do—design work.

Overview

The best pipeline projects never start in the field. They start with great drawings.

If you’re the kind of designer who enjoys turning survey data into something crews can actually build, this is the kind of work you’ll appreciate.

You’ll spend most of your day inside AutoCAD Civil 3D creating alignment sheets, mapping pipeline routes, and supporting projects that move from concept to construction. Less chasing RFIs. More producing quality work that matters.

What you’ll be doing

• Create civil survey drawings and pipeline mapping deliverables
• Develop alignment sheets, plans, and detailed construction drawings
• Work with survey information, GIS data, and engineering teams to keep projects moving
• Produce accurate CADD deliverables with AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Support pipeline and right-of-way projects from survey through design
• Coordinate with teammates to deliver quality work on schedule
• Spend roughly 90% of your time doing what you were hired to do—design work

What you get

• $35-$40/hour
• Long-term contract through July 2027

Who you are

You probably have a few years of drafting experience and don’t need someone looking over your shoulder every hour. You enjoy producing clean drawings, solving layout challenges, and taking pride in accurate work.

Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D is important. Backgrounds in survey drafting, mapping, pipeline work, GIS, ArcPro, or alignment sheets are especially relevant.
