Paramount in New York is seeking a Designer, Global Softlines to lead day-to-day creative development for licensed softlines products and ensure brand integrity in retail. The Designer, Global Softlines supports the day-to-day creative development and approval of licensed products across assigned Softlines categories, bringing Paramount’s iconic IP to life at retail. This is a highly hands-on design role focused on managing creative submissions, developing original product and graphic concepts, and providing clear creative feedback to licensees. The Designer is in charge of ensuring product within their assigned categories is brand-right, commercially relevant, and executed to a high creative standard. Working closely with Softlines leadership and cross-functional partners, the Designer manages multiple projects and licensee submissions. While also developing deep knowledge of Paramount’s franchises, category needs, and retail landscape. This is an onsite role at our New York office.

Hiring Salary Range: $64,800.00 - 85,000.00. The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is bonus eligible.
