ISG seeks an Electrical Designer in Bloomington, MN to design electrical systems for commercial, industrial, and institutional projects, aligning with codes and standards. You’ll collaborate with architects, engineers, and ISGers to deliver high-quality, efficient designs.

As an Employee Owner, you will develop drawings using AutoCAD and Revit, perform load calculations, coordinate with disciplines, and assist with cost estimates while contributing to ESOP and profit sharing.

Competenze

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in electrical design within the AEC industry.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Mansioni

• Develop electrical design drawings and specifications using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Design power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and low-voltage systems.
• Perform load calculations, circuiting, and equipment selection.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure integrated design solutions.

As a Designer you will be an ISG Employee Owner working collaboratively with your fellow employee owners to develop creative solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for designing electrical systems for a variety of projects including commercial, industrial, and institutional buildings, ensuring compliance with applicable codes and standards. This role involves collaboration with our architects, engineers, and other ISGers to deliver high-quality, efficient, and sustainable electrical designs.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related field
