Job summary

REEF Lifestyle LLC is seeking a Digital Designer (Marketing) to craft high-impact visuals across social, email, and web as part of the Creative Team. You will collaborate with the Digital Creative Director and other departments to deliver on-brand work that resonates with our 30+ year heritage and surf culture.

The role requires a strong aesthetic sense, proficiency in Figma, and 3+ years of design experience in creative or agency settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in art, Design or equivalent.
• 3+ years of professional design experience in creative or agency environment.
• Advanced experience with Figma; strong graphic design fundamentals (layout, typography, composition).

Responsibilities

• Create high-impact visual assets (paid social, organic, email, website) that drive engagement and align with REEF's brand heritage and seasonal campaigns.
• Develop strong partnerships with the Creative, Marketing and Ecomm teams to ensure timely delivery of work.
• Collaborate with team members and be open to constructive feedback.
• Stay current on design trends, platform best practices, and surf/lifestyle culture to maintain fresh, relevant visual communications across all channels.
• Execute projects while adhering to brand guidelines for consistency.
• Must be flexible to adjust schedule when approaching key campaign deadlines (occasional early/late sessions)

Role Overview

Our Creative Team is looking for a Digital Designer with a high-level aesthetic and technical skills to bring concepts to life across multiple digital channels. As the Digital Designer,you'llhelp shape the visual identity for a brand with 30+ years of heritage and authentic community roots, working closely with the Digital Creative Director and other core departments to deliver exceptional work for REEF.com. This role thrives on collaboration, prioritization, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills

Pay Transparency

REEF Lifestyle LLC complies with all applicable state and local laws regarding pay transparency. For positions located in California, the salary range for this role is $80-$85k. Please note that final compensation will be determined based on factors such as the candidate's qualifications and experience.
