Job summary

REEF Lifestyle LLC in Carlsbad, CA (hybrid) is seeking a Digital Designer (Marketing) with a crisp eye for digital aesthetics to shape visual identity across paid social, email, website and more, reporting to the Sr. Director, Creative.

You’ll collaborate with Creative, Marketing and Ecomm teams, drive campaigns with on-brand visuals, stay ahead of design trends, and adapt to fast-paced timelines while upholding brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in art, design or equivalent.
• 3+ years of professional design experience in creative or agency environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Create high-impact visual assets (paid social, organic, email, website) that drive engagement and align with REEF's brand heritage and seasonal campaigns.
• Develop strong partnerships with the Creative, Marketing and Ecomm teams to ensure timely delivery of work.
• Collaborate with team members and be open to constructive feedback.
• Stay current on design trends, platform best practices, and surf/lifestyle culture to maintain fresh, relevant visual communications across all channels.
• Execute projects while adhering to brand guidelines for consistency.
• Must be flexible to adjust schedule when approaching key campaign deadlines (occasional early/late sessions).

Role Overview:

Our Creative Team is looking for a Digital Designer with a high-level aesthetic and technical skills to bring concepts to life across multiple digital channels. As the Digital Designer, you'll help shape the visual identity for a brand with 30+ years of heritage and authentic community roots, working closely with the Digital Creative Director and other core departments to deliver exceptional work for REEF.com. This role thrives on collaboration, prioritization, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-impact visual assets (paid social, organic, email, website) that drive engagement and align with REEF's brand heritage and seasonal campaigns.
• Develop strong partnerships with the Creative, Marketing andEcommteamsto ensuretimelydelivery of work.

Required Skills:

• Advanced Experience with Figma
• Strong graphic design fundamentals (layout, typography,composition)

• Bachelor's degree in art,Designor equivalent
• 3+years of professional design experience in creative or agency environment

Preferred Additional Skills:

• Experience with After Effects & motion graphics
• Video editing and animation skills
• Photo retouching experience

Pay Transparency:
