Job summary

Kuhn North America, based in Brodhead, Wisconsin, seeks a Designer responsible for design, development, and detailed documentation of innovative agricultural products. You will work independently or with design engineers on projects of varying size, bringing high quality and reliable performance at a competitive cost.

Qualified candidates hold an associate or bachelor’s degree in mechanical design or technology, with strong CREO CAD and PDM experience.

Qualifications

• An associate’s or bachelor’s degree in mechanical design or technology is required.
• Knowledge and experience in machining, steel fabrication, and welding are essential.
• 3D CAD solid modeling experience is required with CREO CAD and Product Data Management (PDM) experience preferred.
• A farming background with knowledge of hay tools, spreaders and mixers is also desired.

Responsibilities

• Design, development, and detailed documentation of innovative products that provide high quality and reliable performance to customers at a competitive cost; work independently or with design engineers on larger projects.
