We’re seeking a versatile, concept-driven Designer/Copywriter who combines exceptional visual design skills with strong copywriting ability. This is a hands-on opportunity to shape creative work across the full customer journey—from campaign concepting through production—while helping build a scalable in-house creative function.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute integrated creative campaigns across paid and organic social, email, display, print, direct mail, digital, and local marketing materials.
• Create visually compelling assets and clear, audience-appropriate copy that work together to deliver consistent, effective messaging.
• Translate business objectives, audience insights, and brand strategy into creative concepts that support lead generation, engagement, and long-term brand growth.
• Produce social graphics, campaign assets, content, and supporting copy for a variety of channels and audience segments.
• Partner with marketing leadership, internal stakeholders, franchise partners, and external agencies to align creative direction and execution.
• Maintain consistency within established brand standards while bringing fresh ideas and thoughtful creative judgment.
• Explore AI-enabled creative tools and workflows that can improve the speed, scale, and quality of creative production.
