Job summary

Qualifications

• A professional degree in Architecture.
• 2-5 years of experience.
• Experience in all project phases.
• Proficiency in Revit, graphic design, and 3D modeling and visualization software.
• Completion of or working towards AXP requirements.
• Commitment to ARE exams.
• Interest in public building typologies: higher education architecture and planning, civic architecture.
• Attention to detail and motivation to learn.

Responsibilities

• Prepare drawings for schematic design, design development, and contract documents including developing design sketches, renderings, models, and graphics.
• Assist your team with programming and space planning to assess client and project needs.
• Develop presentations and communicating design ideas.
• Perform site analysis and surveys of existing conditions and field measurements.
• Keep organized and check your work for accuracy.
• Work within and understanding the functional organization of the project team.
• May participate in marketing.
