New team members begin with approximately 2-3 weeks of hands-on training, where you will learn industry standards, work toward applicable industry certifications, and receive training on client-specific CAD and design software.
Following training, you will work alongside Project Coordinators, Engineers, and experienced Designers to support the design of electric utility infrastructure. Projects may include electrical distribution, transmission, and substation design.
This position offers a clear path for advancement into higher-level Engineering Technician/Designer positions as you develop your technical knowledge and experience.
This is an in-office position with approximately 20% travel to regional project/job sites.
