Floor & Decor is seeking a design consultant in Pennsylvania to meet with customers, listen to project needs, educate on requirements, and build a concept that reflects their style, lifestyle, and budget.

You will greet customers, schedule appointments, advise on tile, wood, stone and accessories for residential and commercial projects, and manage multiple design projects from inquiry to installation while aligning with store leadership.

Qualificações

• Minimum one year of interior design or retail/sales experience.
• Degree in Design is a plus.
• Knowledge of hard surface flooring is a plus.
• Proficient in basic math and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Greet store customers and support store design walk-in needs.
• Schedule design appointments for existing and potential customers, developing clientele through networking, referrals, and leads.
• Provide tile, wood, stone and accessories advice for residential and commercial projects.
• Design and sell complete, functional and aesthetically appealing solutions.
• Manage multiple, simultaneous customer projects through all phases with accuracy, timely follow-up, and concise communication.
• Collaborate with store leadership to manage projects from inquiry to installation and achieve goals.
• Support company initiatives and coach best practices with store employees.

Base PayThis role has a minimum base pay from $15.50 per hour with higher starting pay available based on experience.Purpose:Floor & Decor Designers provide a seamless start to finish consultative design service that builds lasting relationships and brand loyalty with the customers we serve.
