Position Details:

Type: 1099 Contractor

Location: Kansas - Remote. Candidates MUST reside and be licensed in Kansas.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of licensed sales agents, ensuring compliance with regulations and NAR best practices.
  • Implement risk management strategies and update state-specific policies.
  • Support agents with brokerage services, ensuring adherence to licensing laws and MLS participation.
  • Provide training on contracts, risk management, licensing, and legal matters.
  • Establish a scalable regional management structure.
  • Collaborate with department leads across the country.
  • Assist agents with transaction issues promptly.
  • Develop and improve brokerage operations manuals.
  • Promote innovation in brokerage operations.
  • Utilize digital technology for effective remote communication.
Qualifications:
  • At least 4 years in real estate, sales, or brokerage operations.
  • Proven leadership in recruiting and influencing agents.
  • Excellent interpersonal, strategic, and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized with multitasking abilities.
  • Experience managing 50+ agents.
