Position Details:

• Type: 1099 Contractor
• Location: Remote - Kansas (Must be licensed and based in Kansas)
• Length of Contract: Open

Responsibilities

• Complete and follow through on tasks assigned by the Brokerage Operations department and Designated Broker in a timely manner.
• Possess experience with real estate contracts specific to Kansas.
• Use only designated tools, technology, and communication methods provided by the company.
• Review contracts to ensure legal and contractual compliance in real estate transactions.
• Review all files in the Company's Transaction Management System within 48 hours.
• Communicate effectively with agents regarding document deficiencies, providing explanations and assistance.
• Support the Broker team to ensure compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
