Forms+Surfaces in Phoenix designs and manufactures architectural products, blending design, engineering, and advanced manufacturing.

We’re seeking a Project Manager who collaborates with architects, designers, contractors, and our internal teams to bring complex, custom projects to life.

Lead projects from kickoff through production and closeout, review drawings and specs, coordinate across engineering, estimating, and manufacturing, and drive schedules with accountability.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Architecture, Construction Management, or Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years managing complex projects in construction, manufacturing, or related industries.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; proactive in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from kickoff through production, delivery, and closeout.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Review drawings, specifications, and scope to identify risks and opportunities early.
• Coordinate across engineering, estimating, and manufacturing to ensure alignment.
• Drive schedules, manage changes, and keep projects moving forward.
• Troubleshoot challenges in real time and deliver solutions with clarity and confidence.
