Qualifications

• 4 years working at the intersection of design and front-end development.
• Solid design sensibility and ability to work within a shared design system.
• Working understanding of HTML/CSS and front-end feasibility assessment.
• Experience with low-code/no-code authoring tools.
• Proficiency with collaboration tools like Figma, Miro, and Confluence.
• Familiarity with UCD/HCD or design thinking.
• Comfort switching between different platforms and tools.

Responsibilities

• Prototype and build interactive workflows bridging design intent and technical implementation.
• Maintain and extend design system libraries and templates for code compatibility.
• Collaborate with designers, analysts and developers to ensure designs are accurate and buildable.
• Build and configure within low-code/no-code platforms as part of the delivery workflow.
• Support product quality across the delivery cycle, including usability checks, accessibility, and QA.
• Adapt quickly to new tools and platforms as the tech environment evolves.
