Accenture Federal Services is seeking a senior UX designer to create intuitive, accessible interfaces for enterprise and mission-critical applications. You will lead user research, design workflows, and establish design systems in close collaboration with product owners and developers in Agile environments.

Must have 8+ years creating wireframes, prototypes, and design systems, plus proficiency with Figma and knowledge of accessibility standards.

Qualifications

8 years experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and design systems.
Proficiency with design tools such as Figma or similar platforms.
Knowledge of Human-Centered Design, usability testing, and accessibility standards.
Experience working within Agile development environments.
Portfolio of work samples.

Responsibilities

Creating intuitive, accessible, and high-performing digital experiences that support enterprise and mission-critical applications.
Lead user research, design workflows, wireframes, prototypes, and design systems while collaborating closely with product owners, developers, and stakeholders in Agile environments.
Provide technical mentorship, drives UX process improvements, promotes design standardization, and ensures compliance with accessibility and security requirements.
