Stratus is seeking a Design Technician II in Houston to create and manage CAD/BIM models and drawings, supporting project teams from concept through documentation. You will prepare construction documents, ensure design accuracy, and coordinate with architects, engineers, and other disciplines to implement changes while maintaining project standards.
The ideal candidate has 2–4 years CAD/BIM experience, an associate degree or CAD/BIM certification, and proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.

The Design Technician II is an intermediate-level role responsible for creating and managing detailed digital design models, drawings, and documentation using CAD and BIM software. This role supports project teams by producing accurate and high-quality design documents and assisting with design coordination. The CAD/BIM Designer II works more independently, applying technical expertise in CAD/BIM to ensure that project requirements and standards are met.
