Job summary
Vanta is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Design Systems to own the frontend design system and front-end platform, enabling product, engineering, and design teams to deliver consistent UIs at scale.
You will evolve the design system into composable building blocks, drive accessibility and localization, partner with AI teams, and guide adoption across teams, reporting to the Platform organization. This role offers industry-competitive pay and equity and remote-friendly benefits.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of product management experience with ownership of a design system or frontend platform.
- Experience collaborating with design and engineering teams at scale.
- Ability to communicate a clear product vision to senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Own the vision and roadmap for the frontend design system and front-end platform.
- Evolve the design system into composable building blocks with consistent APIs.
- Drive accessibility and internationalization programs to milestones.
- Partner with AI teams to enable AI-driven experiences.
- Lead go-to-market and adoption for design-system changes and triage quality issues.
- Collaborate with engineering and design leads to prioritize high-impact work.
