Jobgether SRL is seeking a Principal Product Manager for Design Systems & Accessibility to define strategy and drive adoption across a large-scale product ecosystem. This fully remote role requires technical fluency, strategic product leadership, and a passion for accessible, user-centered innovation.

You will partner with senior stakeholders to evolve shared components, tooling, and governance, ensuring consistent experiences across teams and AI-enabled development workflows.

Qualifications

Deep experience leading design systems as products across multiple teams.
Strong commitment to accessible and inclusive digital products (WCAG 2.2 AA familiarity is a plus).
Ability to translate complex tech into actionable product strategy and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

Define and lead vision and roadmap for design systems and accessibility.
Establish metrics and health indicators to guide adoption and investment decisions.
Collaborate with design, engineering, and leadership to align priorities and outcomes.
Develop governance for accessibility systems, tooling, and integrations.
Evolve AI-enabled workflows and shared tools for scalable product development.
