Job summary

Moniepoint is seeking a Product Design Lead-Design System to own and scale a multi‑product UI ecosystem across Web, Android, and iOS. You will steward component libraries, design tokens, and cross‑team guidelines, collaborating closely with engineering to translate design into reusable production‑ready code.

The role requires a systems‑thinking mindset, strong Figma mastery, accessibility focus, and the ability to drive governance and documentation across the design system.

Qualifications

• Proven track record building and scaling production design systems.
• Cross‑platform design experience for Web, iOS and Android.
• Systems thinking mindset showing impact across products and teams.
• Strong collaboration with engineering to inspect and implement components.

Responsibilities

• UI craft and visual excellence across reusable elements.
• Designing, building, and maintaining robust component libraries.
• Define interactions and motion design with state transitions.
• Manage design tokens to drive consistency across environments.
• Organize and optimize Figma libraries and components.
• Collaborate with engineering across Web, React, Flutter, Android, iOS.
• Create clear usage guidelines and governance documentation.
