Our Design Specialists receive a competitive base salary and a no-cap commission on shipped items. Benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, paid vacation, holidays, parental leave, commuter benefits up to $150/month, 401k with 4% match, employee discounts, and more.

About this Opportunity: If you have a passion for interior design and enjoy building relationships within the local design community, our Studio is the place for you. As a Design Specialist, you will be a product and sales expert, sharing the story behind our iconic products by esteemed designers and leading manufacturers. You will work strategically to expand client connections and facilitate outreach in your local design community. You will report to the General Manager.

The starting salary range for this role is $19.90 - $24.90, with considerations for qualifications, experience, and market factors. Additional compensation may include geographic premiums, discretionary incentives, and equity awards. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, HSA, dependent care accounts, life insurance, disability, paid time off, holidays, 401(k), and more.
