Grace and Faye Consulting LLC is seeking an Inside Sales / Project Manager to guide client projects from initial contact through installation. The role combines sales acumen with project coordination, design guidance, and accurate quoting.

You will handle intake calls, qualify needs, advise on color and materials, prepare quotes, and track timelines. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and customer service skills with a consultative approach.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling intake calls, walk-ins, and inquiries.
• Guide customers through the sales process—understanding needs, budget, and vision for the project.
• Advise customers on color, material, and design options based on application, durability, and aesthetics.
• Prepare quotes, process orders, and manage projects from initial consultation through production and installation.
• Coordinate to ensure accurate specs, timelines, and quality expectations are met.
• Perform basic measurements and math calculations to ensure accurate quoting and material estimates.
• Maintain clear, organized communication with customers throughout the life of each project.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify repeat/referral business opportunities.
