Responsibilities

• Open and close the store; perform duties in the absence of management.
• Daily sales reporting to retail leadership.
• Oversee the sales floor during high volume; support the sales team and supervise to meet financial goals.
• Lead Sales Associate role; model excellent customer service and drive sales.
• Maintain showroom design and visual standards using merchandising guidelines.
• Grow and sustain a personal client base; drive store sales via follow-up and outreach.
• Collaborate with leadership to create programs to improve customer experience.
• Share customer feedback with product, marketing, and technology teams.
