This full-time role involves commuting to clients' homes to design custom storage solutions, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with the installation team. Ideal candidates should have design experience, knowledge of Microsoft 365, and a valid driver’s license. Benefits include health insurance, a paid training program, and a commission structure.

Qualifications

• Interior design education is preferred.
• Direct industry experience and/or in-home sales experience is preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of electronic devices is required.
• Experience with Salesforce, CAD, or design software is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• Commute to customers’ homes and design custom storage solutions.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Follow up with customers and collaborate with the installation team.
• Participate in meetings and training sessions.
• Manage a portfolio of projects and clients.
