This is a lucrative opportunity for a Design Sales Consultant with experience in the kitchen & bath/interior design industry. Our client takes pride in meeting their customers’ demands reliably and efficiently. They are the largest H&P supply company in southeast Massachusetts, Connecticut & Rhode Island. Join a gorgeous, state-of-the-art showroom and support a one-of-a-kind customer experience on the East Coast.

As the Design Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for all sales activities, from lead generation through closing the deal and follow-up. You'll generate sales revenue by adhering to strategic account goals and upholding company values. The ideal candidate should have an outgoing personality, value customer service, be knowledgeable and service-oriented, and be determined to close sales while building lasting relationships with new and established customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing a high level of customer service
• Driving sales and achieving or exceeding monthly sales goals and gross margin
• Following up on leads and generating new business
• Managing customers and sales from beginning to end of projects

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of kitchen/bath design experience
• Experience in decorative plumbing sales, tile sales, kitchen/bath sales, or interior design is a plus
• Knowledgeable/experienced with design software
• Results-driven and detail-oriented
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Availability to work some Saturdays

Compensation Package

• Annual Base Salary + Commissions + SPIFFs + Full Benefits Package
• Benefits include health, dental, 401K, Short/Long Term Disability, Paid Time Off, Education Reimbursement
