Job summary

Raytheon Technologies in Andover, MA (and nearby sites) is seeking a Manager - Design Release Coordinator within the Hardware Design Integrity group to lead TDP release and change activities across programs. This onsite role requires collaboration with IPTLs, engineering, supply chain, and configuration management to ensure on-time, compliant documentation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Business Administration, STEM or related discipline with 8+ years of experience.
Active and transferable U.S. government security clearance is required; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

Coordinate TDP release and change activity across programs.
Develop, baseline and maintain design release plan in DRM or RDT.
Collaborate with Supply Chain and Operations on drawing release dates.
Maintain drawing outlook dates with Engineering.
Work with IPTLs, hardware engineers, drafters, CM, and cPDM coordination.
Monitor TDP status and progress daily across release cycle.
Guide documentation owners on uploading documents in cPDM.
Drive process maturity and continuous improvement of Release and Workflow Management.
