Forvia seeks a Design Quality Leader to drive Design Quality Assurance activities across programs, from quotation through launch, focusing on ASPICE, Functional Safety, and Cybersecurity.

Lead strategy reviews, risk management, non-conformance tracking, and maturity evaluations; mentor teams and report progress to leadership in a global, matrixed automotive environment. The role requires 5+ years in automotive electronics development and English fluency.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years experience in Development of electronics in Automotive.
• Proven experience in Quality, Functional Safety, and/or Cybersecurity.
• Assessment / Audit experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Design Quality Assurance activities for program from quotation to Launch.
• Review Development Strategy including tailoring and reuse to support Risk Management and compliance.
• Create the Design Quality Assurance Plan and track status of activities.
• Conduct Scans for ASPICE, Functional Safety and Cybersecurity.
• Identify, document and track non-conformances and support solving.
• Support Assessments in ASPICE, Functional Safety and Cybersecurity based on Scan evaluations.
• Perform reviews on work products and support creation of them per Development process (I2P-20-10) / PMS.
• Report program status to Design Quality Manager and team; escalate as needed.
• Support Risk management for deviations and recommend actions.
• Collect and report Design Quality Indicators to regional/division/BG levels.
• Support problem-solving methods and lessons learned (FMEA, 5Why, Ishikawa).
• Coach team on process deployment and improvements.
