  • Ability to budget, forecast, and write reports.
  • Knowledge of CAD, CAFM, estimating, scheduling, and construction administration.

Responsibilities

  • Lead design project teams and manage scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Coordinate with clients, users, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations and hospital standards.
  • Prepare accurate project records and cost estimates.
  • Oversee approvals from schematic studies through construction documents.
