A leading company is seeking a Senior Design Project Manager to lead project teams and ensure successful project completion. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in large-scale design and construction projects, strong leadership skills, and a background in engineering or architecture. Responsibilities include overseeing project designs, managing budgets, and maintaining client relationships. This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
We are currently seeking a Senior Design Project Manager to join our Project Management Team. This is a senior-level position that requires a self-motivated individual with strong organizational, communication and leadership skills. A successful candidate will be highly analytical, possess exceptional problem-solving skills, can multi-task, work independently and as an effective and engaged team member in a fast-paced environment. As the Sr. Design Project Manager, you will represent as the Engineer of Record / Prime Consultant and provide a very high level of technical leadership and direction to the project team to ensure successful completion of projects. The candidate will represent the firm in all interactions with clients, contractors, and other project team members. In this role, you will oversee the complete project team in the design of the building including in-house mechanical, electrical, plumbing, architectural lighting and technology systems as well as subconsultant technical team members such as architects, structural and civil engineers.
