Job summary

Mike's Flooring & Design Center is seeking an experienced Design Project Manager for residential and commercial remodels. You will lead the design process, translate client objectives into 3D and 2D layouts, and prepare proposals and contracts for cabinetry, countertops, flooring, and interior finishes.

You will collaborate with clients, vendors, and the team to ensure on-time project delivery, accurate estimates, and high-quality results across kitchens, bathrooms, and full-home renovations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in related fields.
• Proficient in 2020, CAD, Excel, and Microsoft Office software.
• QFloors software knowledge beneficial, however, will train.
• Strong creative and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand objectives and desires.
• Oversee projects from contact to completion, manage change orders and workflow.
• On-site estimating for remodeling projects.
• Create, present and contract 2D/3D designs using 2020 CAD or equivalent.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, vendors, and team to achieve results.
• Stay current with industry knowledge and local marketing/networking.
