Bray and Scarff is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in general contracting, kitchen and bath remodels, plumbing, and electrical systems. The ideal candidate will oversee remodeling projects from design handoff to final installation, ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

This role requires excellent client communication skills, technical expertise, and the ability to coordinate multiple trades and stakeholders

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in project management, remodeling, or general contracting.
• Hands-on experience with plumbing, electrical, and cabinetry installation.
• Strong understanding of kitchen and bath design and construction processes.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
• Knowledge of building codes, permits, and construction safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Review design plans, measurements, and scopes of work for accuracy and feasibility.
• Develop project timelines, coordinating all trades and deliverables.
• Serve as the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Supervise all trades including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and installation teams.
• Monitor project budgets, invoices, and change orders, ensuring a healthy margin is maintained.
• Conduct final client walkthroughs and ensure punch list completion.
• Document changes, decisions, and communication for accurate record-keeping.
