Job summary

Development One in Downtown Fullerton is seeking a Job Captain to join our design studio and contribute to diverse project types from office to government facilities. You will help with conceptual design, presentations, and construction documents, supporting architects and managers.

The role offers a base salary in the $75,000–$95,000 range, paid holidays, health insurance, annual bonus, licensure support, and professional development opportunities in a collaborative, team-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Architecture or related degree is required.
• Minimum 3+ years in the architecture industry.
• Professional production environment experience using Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam is required.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Rendering with SketchUp or similar software is a plus.
• Experience in institutional or government architectural projects is a plus.
• Independent in task execution with ability to handle moderate complexity projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist architects and project managers across a wide range of project activities.
• Contribute to conceptual designs and create presentation materials.
• Generate construction documents and assist with construction administration.
• Support team with various sizes and complexities of projects.
