Job summary

Moodys Northwest Consulting is seeking a Design Program Manager to oversee in-product experiences and promotional materials across markets. You will work with Growth, Acquisition, Product Design, Brand/Creative, and production teams to coordinate assets and timelines.

The role emphasizes building scalable processes for localization/internationalization, triaging and trafficking assets, and partnering with localization vendors. Prior SaaS or tech experience is preferred.

Job description

Moodys NWC is seeking for Design Program Manager. This includes both the in-product experience and the advertising/promotional materials needed to support those markets. Today, this work is spread across Growth, Acquisition, Product Design, Brand/Creative, production teams and local resources. They already have a GTM/Acquisition Program Manager overseeing the broader end-to-end initiative, so this new role will work alongside that person with a specific focus on managing the design and creative production execution.

Role Objective

• :Essentially a Design / Creative Program Manager supporting internationalization
• .Own the process of triaging, trafficking, tracking, and coordinating creative assets needed across different languages/markets
• .Coordinate across multiple teams: Product Design, Growth / Acquisition Design, Brand & Creative, Production teams, Localization resources/vendor
• sThis is a process-building environment. Processes either don't exist today or are still very lightweight, so they need someone who can help establish and scale them
• .May also help evaluate/select an internationalization agency that can provide more scalable support going forward

.Must Haves

• :5–7+ years of experience in creative production, design production, design operations, or similar
• .Must have hands-on ownership of how creative assets get made and shipped, not just general PM experience
• .Strong preference for prior experience with
