The role is based at our Global Home Office in Columbus, OH, with a fast-paced, detail‑oriented environment. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks, and possess strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion, or related field.
• Experience with PLM systems a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Support product development for Apparel or Graphics/CAD from concept to production.
• Ensure timely delivery of design deliverables and maintain design asset organization.
• Enter and manage data in PLM/Smart Sheet and track samples for reviews.
• Prepare materials for production needs, Pantones, submits, and artwork.
• Maintain libraries and files; assist with meeting prep and visuals.
