Job summary

Aquent, a global talent solution provider, seeks a Design Producer to support a Product Design team focused on website and UI work. You will guide projects from ideation through delivery, coordinating with Design Managers and cross-functional partners to define requirements and ensure high‑quality releases.

The role emphasizes leadership in design reviews, stakeholder communication, and a proactive approach to managing multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years as a producer/project manager in software design or digital/creative agencies.
• Understanding of UX/UI and software ideation, execution and delivery processes.
• Knowledge of desktop, mobile, and native app design best practices.
• Ability to align design, business, marketing, engineering and stakeholders to define goals and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Manage cross functional relationships representing design team.
• Create project plans with milestones and track issues.
• Lead design brainstorms and workshops; run meetings and design reviews.
• Capture decisions, issues and actions in meeting notes.
• Report weekly on project health and status; communicate projections.
• Plan collaboratively with Design Manager to set priorities and milestones.
• Negotiate priorities amid limited resources and tight schedules.
• Ensure timely handoff of design comps and specs to engineering.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to preserve design integrity during implementation.
• Improve processes and communications in a fast-paced environment.
