Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Five or more years in design operations for a digital product.
• Experience with full product development lifecycle and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design operations to bring structure to ambiguous initiatives.
• Partner with design, product, and engineering to align priorities and timelines.
• Identify and implement new tools and workflows (including AI) to improve efficiency and quality.
