The Design Operations Manage - Brand Experience and Activation is responsible for leading the execution and amplification of brand campaigns across all consumer touch points, ensuring creative excellence, consistency and impact throughout the consumer journey. This role report into Category Design Manager, the role ensures that all assets are accurately adapted, flawlessly executed, and efficiently deployed across all omnichannel consumer touchpoints
This role requires strong creative expertise and in-depth knowledge of execution and production. One must have a strong creative stewardship, creative excellence and ability to amplify creative ideas.
Strong understanding of branding, design, storytelling, and consumer communications. Ability to recognize and elevate high-quality creative work. Experience translating a master campaign into channel-specific executions. Strong visual and content judgement.
Deep understanding of the consumer journey. Ability to identify moments that matter. Customer experience mindset. Insights driven decision making.
Fully leverage AI tool and automation of tasks that enables execution.
Annual budget forecast for and project budget management.

The position is based in Warren, NJ, and follows a hybrid model, requiring an in-office presence of 3 days per week.
The salary range for this role is $ 108,861 - 149,684 USD + bonus
