Dynamic Systems (DSI), LLC is seeking a Design Manager to lead the design function for Off‑Site Manufacturing, owning modularization, shop fabrication packages, and field interface on mission-critical data-center projects. You will manage a team of design engineers, modelers, and detailers, ensuring design quality, schedule adherence, and constructability across prefabricated modules.

Responsibilities

• Lead modularization strategy: define module boundaries, transport envelopes, site connections.
• Own shop fabrication packages: spool drawings, weld maps, cut lists, nesting; manage revisions.
• Coordinate design with engineers of record, structural engineers, and customer teams; resolve RFIs to closure.
• Enforce compliance with contract drawings, project specifications, and applicable codes and standards (ASME B31.1/B31.9, ASHRAE, IMC/UPC, AWS D1.1).
• Oversee BIM/VDc execution and coordination across trades.
