Job summary

The ideal candidate should possess at least 8 years of experience in design or design-build projects, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and excellent communication skills. A competitive salary of $130,000–$160,000/year is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience working on design or design‑build projects.
• Experience working directly with owner’s and/or owner’s representatives.
• DBIA Certification or ability to obtain within 1 year of employment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and integrate with owner, builder, and design team.
• Manage design and permitting processes for quality and cost control.
• Oversee design progression and communicate changes.
